Job Title:

PC Hardware Sales Professional

Roles & Responsibilities

Duties involve promoting and selling PCs, laptops, and IT hardware solutions to corporate clients. This includes identifying and developing new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and referrals.

  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction is essential.
  • Providing product demonstrations and technical presentations to clients, ensuring accurate recommendations based on the latest IT products and market trends.
  • Preparing quotations, proposals, and sales contracts in line with company policies and meeting monthly sales targets and KPIs are critical responsibilities.
  • Coordinating with vendors and distributors for timely delivery of products and handling after-sales support, including troubleshooting or liaising with the technical team for solutions.

Requirements:

  • 2-3 years experience in IT sales with relevant skills and qualifications.
