Job Role Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to fill the role of Care Concierge. This position involves providing exceptional support to clients and their caregivers, ensuring their needs are met and they feel valued and respected.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate client participation in daily life activities, including physical, leisure, and social activities.
  • Encourage and facilitate opportunities for clients to give and receive care, promoting independence and self-care.
  • Assist in conducting daily activities, maintaining a clean and safe environment, and supporting simple administrative tasks.

Requirements:

  • Minimum GCE 'O' Level or equivalent qualifications.
  • Able to converse in local languages to communicate effectively with clients.
  • Willingness to build relationships with clients and demonstrate patience in doing so.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in caregiving duties in hospitals, nursing homes, or individual settings would be advantageous.
