About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Deputy Finance Director to join our dynamic team at RANDSTAD PTE. LIMITED. This key leadership role will support the Head of Finance in driving financial performance and shaping strategic initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the Head of Finance in managing overall finance activities, including reporting, operations, and investment accounting.
  • Lead the preparation and analysis of financial reports in compliance with industry standards, including IFRS 17.
  • Lead investment accounting functions, including the reporting of Investment-Linked Policies (ILP), ensuring accuracy in risk charges and asset templates.
  • Manage financial controls, ensuring compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements, including RBC2.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders on audit, tax, and risk management matters.
  • Support team leadership and development, ensuring high performance across the finance department.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; relevant professional qualifications (e.g., CPA, ACCA, CFA) are highly desirable.
  • Extensive experience in a senior finance role within the insurance industry, ideally life insurance.
  • Strong knowledge of financial regulations, including RBC2 and IFRS 17.
  • Proven track record in managing financial reporting and investment performance in a regulated environment.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
