SPARK EDTECH PTE. LIMITED is seeking an experienced Education Recruitment Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our recruitment process, you will play a vital role in identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent for our education-related positions.

Job Description

As an Education Recruitment Specialist, you will be responsible for leading the end-to-end recruitment process for teaching-related roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding. You will source qualified candidates through multiple channels, such as job boards, social media, employee referrals, and recruitment fairs. Your primary goal will be to build and maintain a strong talent pipeline through proactive sourcing and networking for current and future labor needs.

Main Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent in the Edtech domain.
  • Source qualified candidates through various channels and evaluate their qualifications for suitability for the position.
  • Conduct phone screenings and in-person interviews with candidates to assess technical skills, experience, and cultural fit.
  • Coordinate technical assessments and pre-employment testing as required.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates throughout the recruitment process.
  • Collaborate with HR to facilitate a smooth onboarding process, including pre-employment checks, contract negotiations, and induction training.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
  • Proven experience in recruiting for education-related positions, preferably in the education industry.
  • Adaptability in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment, responding quickly to changing labor demands or company priorities.
  • Strong ability to manage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Demonstrated capability in problem identification and resolution.
  • Proficient in using recruitment software and tools, with strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Bilingual English/Mandarin language proficiency to coordinate with overseas partners and stakeholders.
Estimated Salary: $8,500 - $10,500 per month (dependent on experience)Why Join Us?
