About the Role:

We are currently seeking an experienced M&E Development Lead to join our team at JobStudio. As a key member of our project development team, you will be responsible for leading and supervising reporting executives, focusing on M&E aspects within the project team.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in M&E engineering or a related field, with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in project management or development. Experience in hospital-related building projects, IT hardware systems, or M&E systems is advantageous.

Your primary responsibilities will include coordinating user requirements between internal stakeholders, workgroups, and project teams from the planning stage through construction to operationalization. You will also be responsible for updating and tracking project progress, schedules, and activities for internal planning and external reporting.

In addition, you will participate in design reviews, hospital planning discussions, and ensure that M&E functions align with project goals. You will support users in planning, managing, and integrating critical resources to develop best practices in line with organizational objectives.
