Product Development Analyst

The role of a Product Development Analyst is pivotal in enhancing product offerings for multinational food and beverage chains. This entails conducting market research and data analysis to provide informed support for product development.

For this position, we seek a candidate with a strong background in Food Science, Nutrition, Marketing, or a related field, boasting at least 3 years of experience in product development within the tea beverage or FMCG industry.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Conducting thorough market research on the Southeast Asian market, focusing on Singapore, to analyze tea consumption trends, the competitive landscape, and supply chain resources.
  • Investigating local consumer taste preferences through various research methods, including surveys, interviews, and blind taste tests.
  • Participating in the entire product development lifecycle, from ingredient selection to sensory evaluation, to elevate product offerings.
  • Monitoring post-launch feedback on new drinks and continuously optimizing existing products based on market trends.

Required qualifications include:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in product development within the tea beverage or FMCG industry.
  • Familiarity with the Southeast Asian market is preferred.
