Job Title: Stage Artistic Director

  • Developing creative concepts and presenting ideas with performers, choreographers, and production staff to achieve high standards of quality, entertainment value, and audience engagement.

  • Reviewing and refining performances to meet industry standards, focusing on artistic detail and audience appeal.

  • Collaborating with production teams to advise on set design, lighting, sound, costumes, and overall aesthetics to maximize impact.

  • Providing constructive feedback to enhance future shows and ensuring compliance with safety guidelines.

  • Staying updated on industry trends and competitor offerings to innovate and improve live events.

  • Assisting in planning and executing special events or promotional performances to attract new audiences.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a stage director or production director in entertainment, theatre, or live events is essential.
  • A strong creative vision with an eye for artistic detail and audience appeal is required.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills are necessary for successful collaboration with diverse teams.
  • Knowledge of stage production, lighting, sound, and choreography is preferred.
  • Ability to work collaboratively under pressure, managing multiple projects and tight schedules.
  • Familiarity with Mandopop and Chinese entertainment industry is a bonus.
