Job Description">

The Product Specialist plays a critical role in promoting the firm's Asian investment capabilities, with a particular focus on Japan Equity and Asia Equity.

This position requires close collaboration with sales teams in Japan, Asia ex Japan, and other regions to promote in-house investment products.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Collaborating with investment teams to secure mandates and increase assets under management
  • Providing institutional-level coverage and service to existing clients and prospects
  • Organizing client and distributor training programs
  • Arranging meetings for clients and visitors
Required Skills and Qualifications">

Comprehensive knowledge of financial concepts and investment products, with expertise in Japan Equity or Asia ex Japan Equity is required.

Additional experience in Asia Fixed Income is desirable.

A self-reliant and proactive approach, with the ability to work credibly as a team player and leverage global resources.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in both Japanese and English.
