Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as a Cable Installation Specialist. The ideal candidate will have expertise in installing, repairing, and maintaining cable systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Install and repair cable systems, including voice, data, and fiber optics;
  • Prepare and install cable pathways and supports where necessary;
  • Assist in preparing tools and materials for daily work assignments;
  • Troubleshoot cabling system issues and perform repairs and maintenance;
  • Collaborate with colleagues on installation and routine maintenance of structured cabling systems;
  • Ensure adherence to quality, health, and safety standards and report any issues.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, candidates must possess:

  • A minimum NITEC qualification in Electrical Engineering, Electrical Technology, or Built Environment, or relevant work experience;
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills;
  • Flexibility and willingness to work overtime and night shifts occasionally, as required by the job.
