Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Oracle Developer to join our team at MyCareersFuture. As an Oracle Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, implementing, customizing, and integrating Oracle E-Business Suite applications with other systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop custom solutions within Oracle EBS using PL/SQL, Java, Oracle Forms, Oracle Reports, Oracle Workflow, Oracle Application Express (APEX), and BI Publisher.
  • Develop custom Oracle Forms and Oracle Reports, ensuring seamless integration with Oracle EBS.
  • Utilize Oracle ADF, BI Publisher, and Oracle Application Express (APEX) for advanced reporting and application development.
  • Write efficient, reusable, and reliable PL/SQL code including packages, procedures, functions, and triggers.
  • Develop Oracle DB Objects such as Tables, Views, Triggers, Procedures, Functions, and Jobs.
  • Create and optimize complex SQL queries for data retrieval and manipulation.
  • Develop data migration tool/custom PL/SQL scripts and perform conversion.
  • Conduct performance tuning and optimization of SQL queries and PL/SQL code to ensure optimal application performance.
  • Collaborate with business partners, Systems Analysts, and Application Developers to translate business requirements into logical, component-based technical designs.
  • Meet service level agreements for production support response and resolution.
  • Follow documentation, software development methodology, version control and testing, and migration standards.
  • Develop a cooperative environment that fosters knowledge sharing.
  • Provide technical guidance and mentoring to others in areas of expertise.
  • Review code and make recommendations based on industry best practices, participate in analysis discussions to ensure business requirements are met.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 3-6 years of relevant Oracle application development experience.
  • Oracle EBS Certification is a bonus.
  • Strong technical knowledge in Oracle applications, SQL, and PL/SQL.
  • Working knowledge and experience in Unix/Solaris environment, as well as experience in developing solution in a warehouse environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; in English and Chinese (Mandarin) is a must as you will liaise with English and Chinese speaking stakeholders.
  • Business travels to the US is required.
  • Open to Singapore, US and International candidates with relevant technical and language (English and Chinese) skills for internal & external communications and engagement.
