Quality Assurance Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our quality control process, you will be responsible for ensuring that all materials meet the highest standards of quality.

Responsibilities
  • Assist in the qualification of new tools and equipment to ensure they meet quality standards.
  • Provide support for calibration and preventive maintenance, including raising requisitions to vendors.
  • Resolve issues related to equipment to maintain operational efficiency.
  • Develop and detail procedures and establish operation and PM systems.
  • Establish and uphold SAP QM, eCOA, and IQC SPC for incoming materials.
  • Conduct First Article Inspection activities for new materials to determine compliance with quality standards.
  • Conduct incoming material inspections for IQC, encompassing HBM materials among others.
Requirements
  • Diploma in Engineering or a related field.
  • Proven experience in quality control or a similar role.
  • Outstanding troubleshooting skills with IQC equipment.
  • Skill in crafting and recording processes with precision and thoroughness.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with local and global collaborators.
  • Ambitiously approaches tasks with a sharp focus on detail and a dedication to upholding high standards of material quality.
