Project Management Specialist Overview

A seasoned Project Management Specialist is required to lead the design and construction of complex building projects.

  • Oversee design team and review C&S design drawings
  • Ensure timely delivery of design submissions and approvals
  • Highlight project risks, design optimization opportunities, and changes
  • Provide practical construction solutions and coordinate with stakeholders
  • Manage design deliverables involving BIM, technical, contractual, and cost issues
  • Coordinate with sub-contractors for designing clearance

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or related field
  • Minimum 10 years of design coordination experience with managerial experience
  • Demonstrate strong technical skills and leadership abilities
