Technical Maintenance Specialist

Venture, a leading global provider of technology services and solutions, is seeking a skilled Technical Maintenance Specialist to join their team. This role will involve troubleshooting and repairing complex equipment, providing production line support, and assisting in evaluations and data collection.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mechanical or electrical/electronic engineering, with experience in SMT manufacturing environments being a plus. A National ITE Certificate (NITEC) or Higher NITEC in Mechanical or Electrical/Electronic Engineering is required. Diplomas in relevant fields are also highly valued.

  • Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain machine/equipment/tool/jig.
  • Provide production line support.
  • Assist in evaluations and data collection.
  • Perform periodic preventive maintenance as per schedule.
  • Perform machine set-up for production.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Equipment Maintenance: Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain machine/equipment/tool/jig.
  • Production Support: Provide timely and efficient production line support.
  • Evaluations and Data Collection: Assist in evaluations and data collection to ensure quality and efficiency.
  • Maintenance Schedules: Perform periodic preventive maintenance as per schedule.
  • Machine Setup: Perform machine set-up for production.
Requirements:
  • National ITE Certificate (NITEC) or Higher NITEC in Mechanical or Electrical/Electronic Engineering.
  • Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical/Electronic Engineering.
  • Experience in SMT manufacturing environment (preferred).
