Clinical Support Associate

Job Description:

  • The clinical support associate plays a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our healthcare facility.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate front-desk operations, greeting patients and assisting with registration, appointment scheduling, and billing.
  • Manage administrative tasks, including insurance processing, inventory control, medication procurement, and stock audits.
  • Organize laboratory reports, support the doctor during consultations, and assist with wound care and infusions when necessary.
  • Implement established protocols and safety procedures, verifying swabs, instruments, and needles, and promptly reporting any discrepancies.
  • Dispense medications according to relevant guidelines and policies.
  • Maintain medical instruments through sterilization.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by the team leader.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in a healthcare setting is highly valued.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential.
  • A customer-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering quality service is crucial.
  • Familiarity with healthcare software systems is an advantage.
