Responsibilities:
  • Creating engaging short-form videos for Instagram Reels, Facebook videos, and TikTok
  • Developing creative concepts and storyboards for video content based on agreed briefs
  • Determining the size and arrangement of illustrative materials, font styles, and sizes, and ensuring proper framing, composition, and lighting for each shot
  • Conducting interviews and recording audio for video projects when necessary
  • Staying up-to-date on video trends and best practices and sharing knowledge with the team
  • Providing copywriting, proofreading, and editing support for different digital platforms and audiences
  • Managing replies and handling engagement, follower growth, and other social media-related tasks
  • Executing and scheduling post image and video-based content across social media channels
  • Monitoring the results of content delivered on major social media platforms
  • Ensuring the proper storage, organization, and backup of video files and assets
  • Complying with legal and copyright regulations during the production process
Requirements:
  • Diploma or degree in Media/Communications or equivalent work experience in video or film production
  • Strong proficiency in English with strong copy vetting and writing skills
  • Good understanding of social media best practices
  • Familiarity with social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Xiao Hong Shu, and YouTube
  • Proficiency in creative applications such as Canva, Capcut, Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro, and Adobe After Effects
  • Knowledge of content creation and Canva
  • Ability to work independently and in teams
  • Proactive with a positive and can-do attitude
