Senior Contract Manager for Construction Projects

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Contract Manager to join our team. As a key member of our construction department, you will be responsible for the overall contract administration and liaison with project managers and staff on contractual matters.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management or Contract Law
  • Minimum 10 years of working experience in contract management for the construction industry
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills

Others:

You will be responsible for discussing, drafting, reviewing and negotiating contracts with clients, consultants, main contractors and sub-contractors. You will also provide contractual advisory services to ensure compliance with contract obligations and procedures.

You must be well-versed in PSSCOC, REDAS and SIA contractual legislations, and SOP Act. Additionally, you should be able to deal with disputes amicably with internal and external stakeholders.

You will manage and prepare all contract documentation and agreement, and provide support in drafting contractual/dispute letters. If needed, you may perform other duties as assigned by your supervisor.
