Job Title: Chemical Laboratory Specialist

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for supporting the development and analysis of new products in our state-of-the-art laboratory.

The successful candidate will have a strong foundation in chemistry or a related field, with a minimum of 2 years' experience in a laboratory setting. You will be expected to work independently, with minimal supervision, to conduct experiments, analyze data, and prepare test reports.

Your expertise in analytical equipment, such as Instron, will be essential in conducting application testing and characterizing materials. You will also be responsible for maintaining laboratory safety standards, ensuring compliance with regulations, and participating in regular audits and team meetings.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Support TS&D professionals in conducting lab experiments and analyzing results
  • Operate and maintain lab equipment, including Instron and sealant mixing pumps
  • Perform application testing and characterize materials
  • Maintain laboratory safety standards and ensure compliance with regulations
  • Participate in regular audits and team meetings
  • Qualifications:
  • Min. Diploma or higher in Science / Chemistry / Engineering or related disciplines
  • Minimum 2 years' lab experience in chemicals is preferred
  • Experience in rubber, adhesives, or construction industries will be highly advantageous
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; SAP knowledge is an advantage
