We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Structural Steel Supervisor to join our team at KIAN HIAP CONSTRUCTION PTE LTD.

Roles & Responsibilities

As a Structural Steel Supervisor, you will be responsible for:

  • Carrying out daily site operations and supervising a team of structural workers
  • Conducting inspections and resolving and monitoring structural & rectification works
  • Liaising with sub-contractors and RE/RTO
  • Supervising the construction of works, requisitioning of materials, and ensuring they are carried out in accordance with the latest approved drawings
  • Ensuring that works are carried out to time schedule, safely, and in accordance with relevant regulations
  • Work planning and scheduling
  • Any other assigned duties
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • At least 5 years of relevant Structural foreman experience for Civil & Structural projects
  • Experience in Structural Works, preferably in precast works
  • Completed a whole cycle of project in Singapore
  • Strong communication and coordination skills
  • Able to work independently and also in a team
  • Possess relevant safety certificates
