Aircraft cabin maintenance specialists play a vital role in ensuring the optimal functioning of aircraft systems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct thorough inspections and repairs of passenger seats, galleys, and lavatories to guarantee a safe and comfortable flight experience.
  • Install new cabin interior components into commercial aircraft to meet the highest standards of quality and aesthetics.
  • Perform detailed functional and aesthetic inspections of aircraft cabin interiors to identify areas for improvement.
  • Document any defects or issues encountered during maintenance tasks and perform troubleshooting and rectification to prevent future problems.
  • Support cabin modification, retrofitting, and component repair tasks to maintain aircraft efficiency and performance.

Requirements

  • Education: A degree in aviation or a related field is highly desirable, although relevant experience can also be considered as equivalent.
  • Skills: Excellent knowledge of aircraft maintenance procedures, mechanical aptitude, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Experience: A minimum of 2 years of experience in performing maintenance, repair, and overhaul of aircraft is essential for this role.
