Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic individual to join our team as an Insurance Agent. This role is ideal for both newcomers and entry-level professionals who are eager to build a rewarding career in the insurance and financial services industry.

This role provides comprehensive training and mentorship to equip you with the skills and knowledge necessary to excel in this position.

The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work with a variety of clients, identifying and approaching prospective clients through leads, referrals, and networking opportunities.

Schedule and conduct meetings with clients to understand their insurance and financial needs.

Provide professional advice on suitable insurance products and coverage options.

Prepare and present insurance proposals to clients.

Perform follow-up calls and maintain ongoing client relationships.

Conduct periodic policy reviews to ensure clients' coverage aligns with their evolving needs.

Assist clients with policy applications and ensure all documentation is accurately completed.

Stay updated with industry trends, insurance products, and regulatory requirements.

Meet sales targets and contribute to the team's overall performance objectives.

Requirements:

  • Basic knowledge of financial and insurance products is a plus but not mandatory.
  • Minimum Diploma or equivalent; a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is preferred.
