Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare detailed shop drawings, section details, and as-built drawings for ACMV systems, ensuring timely submissions.
  • Collaborate with project teams on coordination drawings and participate in building information modeling (BIM) development.
  • Stay actively involved in updating drawings and plans throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Develop skills in managing project models, including creating families, templates, annotations, and schedules.
  • Participate in BIM coordination meetings and contribute insights that can shape project outcomes.
  • Support project leaders with drawing amendments and ensure compliance with the latest industry standards.
Requirements
  • Familiarity with ACMV system drawings is advantageous.
  • Candidates with 2 years of AutoCAD experience or 2 years in mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) modeling using Revit will be advantageous.
  • Open to junior or senior drafters, with roles tailored to your experience and growth potential.
