We are seeking an experienced Accounting Clerk to join our team.
Job Description:
The role of an Accounting Clerk in our industry requires a proactive individual with strong attention to detail and effective communication skills. The successful candidate will be responsible for efficiently handling Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP) processes, performing data entry, maintaining accurate financial records using Synergix ERP, preparing budgets for each construction project, processing staff expense claims in a timely manner, coordinating with the external accountant for monthly closings, liaising with auditors for annual audit requirements, and providing support for other ad-hoc accounting and administrative tasks as assigned by management.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of relevant bookkeeping experience, preferably in the construction industry
- LCCI, Diploma or similar qualification in accounting or related field
- Proficient in spoken and written Chinese to communicate with Chinese-speaking directors, senior project managers and workers
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work independently in fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with Synergix accounting system is an advantage
- Must be willing to work at Kaki Bukit office
