Job Title: Senior / Staff Nurse (Cardio Vascular Lab)

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior / Staff Nurse to join our Cardio Vascular Lab team. The ideal candidate will have excellent patient care skills, be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, and possess strong communication skills.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, working alongside cardiologists, and coordinating patient needs with team members. They will also be responsible for preparing procedure rooms, performing daily checks of critical equipment, handling and operating equipment, and ensuring safe and proper use of surgical instruments and equipment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate patient care needs with team members and cardiologists.
  • Prepare procedure rooms with appropriate equipment, supplies, and consumables.
  • Perform daily checks of critical equipment to ensure smooth and proper functioning.
  • Handle and operate equipment used on patients competently.
  • Ensure safe and proper use of surgical instruments, equipment, and consumables during procedures.
  • Observe and enforce strict standards of infection control.
  • Respond effectively to emergency clinical situations.
  • Monitor patients to provide appropriate care and treatment until they have recovered from the effects of anesthesia.
