Strategic Marketing Associate for Performing Arts

At SINGAPORE BALLET LIMITED, we are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Executive to join our team.
About Us:
Singapore Ballet is Singapore's premier professional dance company, renowned for its exceptional artistry and captivating performances. We produce six seasons annually and engage with diverse audiences through various outreach events, making significant contributions to Singapore's cultural landscape.
Job Summary:
This role will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that promote our performances, programs, and initiatives, driving audience engagement, ticket sales, and brand awareness. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of digital marketing, excellent written and communication skills, and preferably, a passion for the arts.
Main Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement targeted marketing campaigns for performances, events, and outreach programs.
- Create compelling content for various platforms, including social media, website, email newsletters, and print materials.
- Collaborate with the design agency to produce high-quality marketing collateral (posters, brochures, ads, program booklets, etc.).
- Manage and grow the organization's social media presence across multiple channels.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance, adjusting strategies to maximize impact and engagement.
- Drive PR initiatives such as outreach to media outlets, influencers, and partners to secure promotional coverage.
- Maintain and update the website with relevant content and news.
- Manage marketing budgets and ensure cost-effective execution of campaigns.
- Lead Front-of-House operations during productions (e.g., recruitment of volunteers, planning of merchandise to sell, publicity of upcoming performances).
Qualifications and Skills:
- Degree or diploma in Marketing, Communications, Arts Management, or related field.
- Preferably 2 years of experience in marketing.
- Strong proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms (social media, email marketing, Google Analytics, etc.).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Creative thinking with attention to detail and a passion for storytelling.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong organizational skills and a proactive, team-oriented attitude.
- Knowledge of the ballet and performing arts scene is a plus.
Estimated Salary: SGD $60,000 - $80,000 per annum.
