Electronics Service Specialist

As an Electronics Service Specialist, you will be responsible for installing, servicing, and commissioning various types of equipment. This includes performing routine maintenance tasks, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring that all equipment is functioning properly.

  • Install, service, and commission various types of equipment
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks, including cleaning and lubricating moving parts
  • Troubleshoot issues with equipment to identify the root cause of the problem

Key Responsibilities:

  • Inspect and receive customer-supplied products
  • Provide cabling diagrams and technical support for equipment
  • Identify and record quality issues related to products and services
  • Supervise technicians and subcontractors on site
  • Authorize equipment release after meeting service standards

Requirements:

  • Knowledge of computers, electronics, and telecommunications systems
  • Experience in marine electronics or offshore industry is a plus
  • NTC/ITC or diploma in electronics engineering or equivalent with 5 years relevant experience
