Job Title: Experienced Construction Project Manager


About the Role:

  • Lead infrastructure projects from design to commissioning.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee ACMV equipment and systems design, specification, and submission to meet project technical standards.
  • Develop project cost plans and master schedules in alignment with contractual milestones.
  • Determine manpower and material requirements for construction phases.
  • Direct on-site activities including installation, fabrication, coordination, safety management, and testing/commissioning.
  • Liaise with LTA representatives, consultants, civil contractors, and system-wide contractors to ensure seamless execution and integration of works.
  • Lead, mentor, and manage site engineers, supervisors, and subcontractors to achieve critical deadlines.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related discipline.
  • Prior experience managing LTA rail or infrastructure projects.
  • Extensive knowledge of ACMV engineering, installation, and commissioning.
  • Strong leadership, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Familiarity with local regulations, safety standards, and LTA processes.
