We are seeking a skilled and organized individual to join our team as a Financial Transaction Officer. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records, ensuring timely closure of monthly accounts, and preparing various financial reports.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain AR/AP/GL transactions, ensure accuracy and timeliness
  • Closure of monthly accounts, reconciliation of cash books and bank statements
  • Preparation of accounting schedules, financial reports and GST returns
  • Other ad-hoc duties as required

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Professional Certificate/NiTEC or Diploma in Accounting
  • Proficiency in NAV/ERP software
  • Competency in Microsoft Excel
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Meticulous, organized with good working attitude and initiatives
  • Able to work according to reporting deadlines
  • Proficient in both written/spoken English and Mandarin (with Mandarin speaking associates)
  • At least 3 years of relevant experience in manufacturing company
  • Able to start work within short notice preferred
