Job Title: Sales Ambassador Are you looking for a dynamic and rewarding role where you can deliver an exceptional in-store experience to customers?   • Reporting to the Operation Manager, manage day-to-day store operations and ensure seamless delivery of customer service.
  • Deliver exceptional in-store experiences to customers by actively engaging with them, responding to their inquiries, and explaining product benefits effectively.
  • Achieve monthly sales targets by promoting products to tourists and walk-in customers, and handling customer transactions efficiently.
  • Manage the POS system, payments, and cash handling procedures to maintain accurate records and minimize errors.
  • Oversee in-store inventory, conduct regular stock checks, and coordinate with the back-end office on sales matters.
  • Address customer feedback, provide excellent after-sales service, and maintain a clean and well-organized store environment.
  • Perform other ad-hoc duties assigned by management.
 Requirements:
  • GCE 'O' Level with at least 1-2 years of retail experience.
  • Able to commit to shift work, including weekends and public holidays.
