Job Overview:
Drive Performance and Growth
We are seeking a seasoned leader to spearhead our hotel's operations in Singapore. This individual will be responsible for driving exceptional guest satisfaction, optimizing financial results, and leading a diverse team in a competitive hospitality environment.

Key Responsibilities Include:
  • Overseeing daily hotel operations to achieve excellence in guest experience, employee engagement, revenue growth, property standards, and financial performance.
  • Leading, motivating, and developing the hotel team to achieve business goals while maintaining a positive workplace culture.
  • Implementing effective revenue management, cost control, and productivity measures to drive profitability.
  • Balancing technology with personalized guest service to optimize efficiency without compromising human touch.
  • Ensuring consistent delivery of high-quality services and facilities in line with brand and company standards.
  • Developing and executing strategic plans aligned with market demand, leveraging technological and financial opportunities.
  • Collaborating with Sales & Marketing to design and deliver innovative products, promotions, and services.
  • Ensuring compliance with statutory requirements, including employment law, workplace safety, fire safety, and other regulations.
  • Building and strengthening the hotel's image and reputation through engagement with guests, employees, government bodies, and community organizations.
  • Fostering collaboration with peer General Managers within the group to share best practices and align strategies.


Requirements:
  • Degree in Hotel Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum 8 years' senior management experience in a 4-star or higher-grade hotel of similar size and complexity.
  • Strong background in revenue management, forecasting, and budgeting, with a proven ability to maximize revenue opportunities.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to inspire, coach, and develop high-performing teams.
  • Strategic thinker with flexibility and adaptability to thrive in a fast-changing labor and market environment.
  • Familiarity with modern hospitality technologies and ability to implement them effectively without compromising personal service.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • Open-minded and collaborative, with the ability to work closely with peers and stakeholders at group and board level.
  • Strong business acumen, integrity, and commitment to ethical practices.
