About the Role:

  • We are looking for a highly motivated individual with excellent communication skills to provide exceptional customer service, drive sales growth, and maintain a well-organized store environment.
Responsibilities

As a Key Account Sales Representative, you will be responsible for:

  • Welcome customers into the store and offer assistance with product selection or inquiries.
  • Engage with customers to recommend products that meet their needs, increasing sales through upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
  • Maintain a visually appealing store display, ensuring products are organized and easily accessible.
  • Process customer transactions accurately, handling cash, credit cards, and digital payments efficiently.
  • Adhere to store policies regarding customer service, sales transactions, and product handling.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills to build strong relationships with customers.
  • Retail experience preferred, with a proven track record of driving sales growth and providing exceptional customer service.
  • Able to commit to working hours, including weekends and public holidays.
  • Commitment to meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Benefits

We offer a competitive salary and benefits package, including:

  • A base salary of SGD 40,000 - 50,000 per annum, depending on experience.
