Hygiene and Cleaning Assistant

We are seeking a diligent and meticulous individual to join our team as a Hygiene and Cleaning Assistant. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of our kitchen and ensuring that all dishes, utensils, and equipment are washed and sanitized to a high standard.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Cleaning Operations: Ensure that all dishes, utensils, and equipment are washed and sanitized thoroughly after each use.
  • Surface Maintenance: Clean and wipe down all surfaces, including tables, counters, and equipment, to maintain a clean and hygienic environment.
  • Area Sanitation: Maintain the cleanliness of the kitchen area, including sweeping, mopping, and cleaning any spills or messes promptly.
  • Food Preparation Support: Assist with food preparation, including washing vegetables, fruits, and other ingredients.
Requirements:
  • Collaborative Mindset: We are looking for someone who is a team player and can work well with others in a fast-paced environment.
  • Scheduling Flexibility: You must be able to commit to shift work, including night shifts, and be flexible with your schedule.
  • Physical Abilities: This role requires physical fitness, as you will be on your feet for long periods and may need to lift heavy objects.
