Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Pharmacy Assistant. This role is ideal for those who are eager to learn and develop their skills in a fast-paced environment.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care, processing payments, generating invoices, and maintaining accurate records.

  • Greet and assist patients with general enquiries
  • Collect payments for clinic/pharmacy services
  • Generate and process invoices accurately
  • Handle billing adjustments and issue refunds if needed
  • Liaise with clinic staff on visit/payment clarifications
  • Maintain cashier counter tidiness & restock stationery

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • Minimum A level/Nitec/Diploma in any field
  • No experience required as training will be provided
