Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Senior Quality Assurance Specialist to ensure compliance and continuous improvement of quality and food safety systems aligned with internal and external standards.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication, strategic planning, organizational, and analytical skills, with the ability to manage complexity and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure the alignment of quality and food safety systems with internal and external standards through rigorous audits and assessments.
  • Evaluate the feasibility and acceptance of internal and external requirements, ensuring seamless integration into existing processes.
  • Coordinate and facilitate the implementation of change management processes, monitoring progress closely.
  • Review and analyze data to provide regular updates on food safety, quality, and service trends.
  • Continuously evaluate and trend process controls, food safety, and quality programs, recommending targeted improvements.
  • Lead in-depth root cause analysis, trend analysis, and stringent action follow-up, ensuring effective resolution of quality non-conformances.
  • Provide functional leadership for regular performance reviews, succession planning, staff development, and training within the Quality Assurance team.
  • Represent the company in all food safety and quality-related audits from regulatory bodies, certification agencies, and customers.
Requirements:
  • Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in Food Science or related field.
  • Good knowledge of Quality Management Systems (HACCP, BRC, ISO).
  • Excellent communication, strategic planning, organizational, and analytical skills.
  • Ability to manage complexity and attention to detail.
