About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced postdoctoral research professional to contribute to our laboratory at the National University of Singapore.

The successful candidate should demonstrate exceptional leadership qualities, a passion for research, and a creative problem-solving mindset. They should be capable of working independently and collaboratively within a diverse team environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Investigate how collective cell behaviors emerge and connect to biological functions in development and reproduction.
  • Study cellular mechano-chemical coupling in mammalian tissues with the aim of uncovering the design principles of multicellular dynamical systems.
  • Employ intravital microscopy of murine reproductive tissues to enable direct observation of cellular and molecular activities in vivo.
Qualifications
  • PhD in life sciences or related fields
  • Fundamental knowledge and skills in molecular biology, cell and tissue culture, microscopy, and mouse handling
  • Experience in omics analysis and/or bioinformatics is advantageous but not required
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively as part of a team
