Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Clinical Support Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will provide expert clinical support during IVL procedures, ensuring optimal use of the Sonico-CX system.

The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills, excellent communication abilities, and experience in cath lab environments or medical device case support.

  • Provide real-time clinical support during IVL procedures to ensure safe and effective technique.
  • Guide clinicians through device preparation, imaging, and delivery.
  • Deliver comprehensive training programs to healthcare professionals.
  • Support setup and execution of local registries or observational studies.
  • Engage with Key Opinion Leaders to support protocol development and publication efforts.
  • Present and support clinical trial materials.
  • Manage accurate records of site visits, training sessions, and case support.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to collect real-world product feedback and suggestions for improvement.
  • Assist in documenting product performance and user experience insights.
  • Support additional strategic accounts across regions.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in biomedical engineering, Nursing, Life Sciences, or related field.
  • 2 years of clinical support experience in interventional cardiology, radiology, vascular surgery, or cath lab environments.
  • Familiarity with coronary or peripheral devices such as IVL.
  • Technically adept with experience in console setup and procedural imaging workflows.
