This role sits at the intersection of VC, corporate strategy, and organisational development. You will drive the development of an overall product strategy, learn different frameworks of how to invest and fund products, and set up the right corporate and systemic structures to drive towards the strategy.
You will work as a consultant to sharpen product thinking and co-create go-to-market plans to improve product efficiency. You will also have the opportunity to amplify best practices to the organisational and whole-of-government level.
This is an individual contributor position, and you will report directly to the Director of Product Strategy and Ops.
What We Are Looking For
- Technical knowledge in product management, including discerning realistic technical requirements and setting the right outcome metrics
- Bias towards action and relentlessly resourceful in getting things done
- Strong communicator in written, slides or spoken form, with good stakeholdering skills
- Energised by big problem spaces and able to break it down into workable chunks
- VC, corporate/business strategy, government experience a plus
