We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as a Perfume and Cosmetic Specialist.

  • This individual will be responsible for accurately decoding perfume and cosmetic products, removing and replacing labels and barcodes, conducting quality checks, repacking items neatly, maintaining cleanliness and organization of the working area, and following safety and hygiene standards.
  • The ideal candidate should possess good attention to detail, ability to work with care on delicate products, and basic literacy in English.
  • Additionally, this role requires the ability to work in a team environment, follow instructions, and meet daily/weekly targets for decoding and repacking volumes.
Job Responsibilities:
  • Decoding and Labeling: Accurately decode perfume and cosmetic products as per company procedures.
  • Quality Control: Conduct quality checks to ensure products are undamaged and in sellable condition.
  • Repacking: Repack items neatly for delivery to retail stores, maintaining luxury presentation.
  • Maintenance: Maintain cleanliness and organization of the decoding area.
  • Safety and Hygiene: Follow safety and hygiene standards while handling products.
  • Reporting: Report discrepancies, damages, or shortages to the supervisor immediately.
Requirements:
  • Education: Minimum Secondary education (O Level or equivalent).
  • Experience: No prior experience required, training will be provided.
  • Skills: Good attention to detail, ability to work with care on delicate products, and basic literacy in English.
  • Physical Demands: May need to carry 4-5kg occasionally.
  • Teamwork: Ability to work in a team environment and follow instructions.
