Business Analyst - RPA Development

Job Summary:

  • Assist the team in the development and implementation of Business Cases to support the adoption of Robotic Process Automation (RPA) solutions.
  • Motivate project teams to execute day-to-day tasks and develop their RPA skills and abilities.
  • Participate in trainings to enhance skills and abilities in RPA, including tools and best practices.
  • Share experience and knowledge to assist in the development of recommendations and solutions that align with industry best practices.

Responsibilities:

  • Work with the team to ensure all project documents are maintained.
  • Execute RPA initiatives by analyzing and designing process workflows; building, testing, and implementing RPA solutions; and ensuring quality of the system.
  • Support Project Managers in managing project timelines, quality, budgets, and client relationships.

Requirements:

  • Minimum degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field, or equivalent.
  • At least 2-4 years of relevant working experience in RPA development and implementation.
  • Proficient in RPA tools such as UiPath, Blue Prism, or Automation Anywhere.

Key Skills:

  • Strong problem-solving, communication, and teamwork abilities.
  • Ability to manage timelines and support project delivery.
  • UiPath Certified RPA Associate, Blue Prism Developer Certification, or equivalent RPA certifications preferred.
