Job Title: Project Leader

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Leader to lead our projects to success.

Job Description:
  • Brief the team on the project objectives, risks, and safe operating procedures prior to commencing work.
  • Conduct site surveys and prepare risk assessments, submit to the customer for approval.
  • Plan and coordinate resources, including manpower, stores, equipment, and other support required to execute projects successfully.
  • Check and test store equipment to ensure they are in good working order and condition.
  • Coordinate with customers for onsite requirements and conduct LMRA if necessary.
  • Execute and complete projects safely, on time, and meeting customer satisfaction.
  • Document movement of stores properly.
  • Conduct training on safety and operations aspects.
  • Lead a team of workers at project sites.
  • Attend to WWTP maintenance daily and record updates.
  • Perform minor checking or maintenance as required.
  • Coordinate with external suppliers or contractors for replacements when necessary.
  • Lead emergency response teams during day and night shifts.
Requirements:
  • Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent with at least 2 years of relevant experience.
  • Class 3 driving license.
  • Independent, confident, resourceful, safety-conscious, and demonstrate strong work integrity.
  • Proficient in English; Mandarin is advantageous.
  • Proficient in MS Word and Excel.
  • Able to commit weekend and PH duties.
