The Koch Global Services team is seeking a skilled procurement professional to join our team in Singapore. As a procurement buyer, you will play a critical role in managing the creation of purchase orders for IT-related purchases, working closely with customers to understand their needs and deliver the right products on time.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in supply chain management, sourcing, or procurement, with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. You will be responsible for issuing and maintaining purchase orders, collaborating with customers to understand product requirements, and providing support in the 3-way match process.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Issue and maintain purchase orders in accordance with procedures.
  • Collaborate with customers to understand product requirements and articulate requirements accurately to suppliers.
  • Assist customers with questions and/or status updates related to orders.
  • Provide support in the 3-way match process, helping resolve invoicing discrepancies with suppliers and accounting.
  • Actively identify opportunities to simplify and enhance the customer experience.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree/diploma or 2+ years of experience in supply chain management, sourcing, or procurement.
  • Strong conceptual, analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving ability.
  • Strong customer focus; ability to develop productive and respectful relationships with customers.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and apply appropriate prioritization.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to understand requirements and accurately relay information to another party.
  • Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, vlookup formulas, Power BI, etc.).

  • Experience with SAP Ariba Buying & Invoicing procurement software.
