Job Description

As a Senior System Integration Engineer, you will play a crucial role in leading the integration and validation efforts for our autonomy kit and autonomous vehicles. This involves:

  • Developing production schedules and resource allocation plans to optimize workflow and reduce costs
  • Leading bench testing of hardware sub-assemblies and system level integration tests to validate installation and configuration
  • Establishing on-field monitoring programs for new hardware features and root cause analysis for any hardware issues related to environmental, process or production causes

You will also be responsible for collaborating with external vendors and suppliers to ensure quality and timeliness of deliverables, evaluating and managing vendor performance for long-term partnerships.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Robotics, Production Management or a related field
  • 4-6 years experience in a Robotics / Production / Manufacturing environment
  • Comprehensive understanding of manufacturing processes, techniques, and materials
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to troubleshoot complex electromechanical systems
  • Familiarity with embedded systems, PLC, and Linux (a plus)
