The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the inventory, including the receipt, verification, and storage of incoming shipments. This is an exciting opportunity for a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team and contribute to the success of our organization.
Main Responsibilities:
- Manage the inventory, including the receipt, verification, and storage of incoming shipments.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct regular checks to track stock levels and availability.
- Coordinate with project sites to understand equipment and spare part requirements and arrange sourcing and delivery as needed.
- Liaise with the manager to review inventory status and plan future shipments.
Requirements:
- Possess a Singapore Class 3 driving license.
- Able to speak and understand simple English.
- Comfortable working in a warehouse environment.
- Strong supervisory and leadership skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
