Job Title: Senior Software Engineering Specialist

We are seeking an experienced software development expert to design and implement innovative software solutions that meet our clients' needs. The successful candidate will be responsible for working closely with clients to understand their current software systems, pain points, and requirements.

  • Conduct meetings to understand clients' current software systems, pain points, and requirements
  • Analyze and document business processes, identify areas for optimization, and provide technical solutions
  • Construct and implement overall architecture and design across various systems and applications
  • Design, build, and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable code and automation scripts
  • Create and maintain project documentation
  • Perform end-to-end testing, troubleshooting, and end-user support
  • Work on projects and fulfill any other duties diligently as assigned by superior
Requirements:
  • Degree/Diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related discipline
  • At least 2-3 years of software development experience using Python
  • Familiarity with the Software Development Lifecycle
  • Good programming, designing, coding, testing, and debugging skills
  • Strong logical approach and problem-solving skills
  • Passionate about programming and proactive in finding effective and scalable solutions
  • Ability to multi-task and thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic innovation environment
  • Good team player with customer-centric mindset
