CCTV Security Operations Coordinator

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain vigilant monitoring of multiple systems, including surveillance cameras, alarms, and radio communications to ensure a safe environment.
  • Provide technical support for desktop, network, and application issues.
  • Respond promptly to emergencies, incidents, or alarms by assessing the situation, dispatching personnel, and coordinating response efforts with relevant stakeholders.
  • Maintain clear communication channels with field personnel and colleagues using various devices and platforms.
  • Manage security officer deployments across sites utilizing CCTV and Attendance Systems.
  • Ensure accurate attendance records and take appropriate actions for absenteeism and lateness.
  • Administer security systems and monitor CCTV feeds, responding promptly to incidents as required.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in the security industry, preferably with Command Centre Operations experience.
  • The ability to work independently and in a team environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in recording information, following protocols, and adhering to standard operating procedures.
  • An understanding of operational and security management principles and procedures.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong team player with effective management, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
