    • Strong research skills, proficient in analyzing supply-demand, macroeconomic trends, speculative forces, and structural trends; proficiency in tools like Excel and Python is preferred.
    • Fluent in English; proficiency in Mandarin or other Asian languages is a plus.
    • Knowledge of Singapore's trade environment and international regulations, with strong cross-cultural communication and negotiation skills.
    • Strong leadership, an exploratory mindset, and the ability to execute in a fast-paced environment.
