Product Development and Innovation Leader in Dietary Supplements

We are seeking an experienced Product Development and Management Executive to join our team at The Supreme HR Advisory Pte. Ltd. This is an exceptional chance to showcase your skills and expertise in developing new products and managing existing ones in the dietary supplement industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Ideation: generate, develop, curate, and prioritize ideas for new products
- Organize and define requirements based on market data and customer insights
- Analyze industrial trends and conduct technology assessments
- Evaluate scientific information to generate concepts for new product innovations; define product features
- Prepare and execute new product development plans, ensuring timely delivery of products to market
- Align cross-functional teams through Agile methodology
New Product Development
- Source contract manufacturers and liaise with engineers/formulators to develop new products
- Review formulas and ingredient/design statements for compliance with regulations
- Conduct or work with contract manufacturers for efficacy assessment, literature review, product trial, and testing
- Define critical attributes of final products and work with Quality teams to finalize product master specifications and required lab tests
New Product Introduction
- Provide technical resources for Marketing, including technical briefs and product information sheets
- Conduct product training for regional trainers/marketing teams and key leaders of salesforces
Post-Launch Product Management
- Reassess industry movements and re-evaluate competitor actions
- Analyze product performance, profit, and loss, and identify necessary actions
- Manage incremental improvements for existing products
Requirements
- Degree in Nutrition, Pharmacy, Chemistry, or relevant field
- Preferably with experience in product development/management in the dietary supplement and health food industry
- Product/project management experience; planning & time management experience
