We foster resilience, promote mental health awareness, and reduce stigma by engaging youth, families, and community stakeholders in our preventive activities and advocacy initiatives.

Key Responsibilities for this Role
  • Design and facilitate individual, group-based, and community preventive programs tailored to the interests and needs of youth and families.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to extend the reach and impact of mental health initiatives.
  • Engage underserved populations through targeted outreach initiatives to promote accessible, inclusive services.
Requirements for Success
  • Minimum Diploma in a relevant field (e.g. social work, psychology, or counselling).
  • Prior experience in supporting youth and families or community engagement roles is preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, organisational and time-management skills, sensitivity to diverse client needs, and commitment to inclusivity and equity in care.
