As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing the cost accounting function for our Singapore legal entity. This role requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as excellent communication and coordination abilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with other functions of our Financial shared service center to ensure smooth operation of cost accounting processes.
- Work with global finance BP team to provide efficient finance support to business partners in Singapore and beyond.
- Support all tax matters in Singapore, working closely with HQ tax manager and local tax consultant.
- Help refine global costing procedures and participate in SAP rollout in Singapore.
Requirements:
- Bachelor degree or above in accounting or finance related majors.
- More than 3 years of accounting experience, including 2+ years of manufacturing costing experience.
- Familiar with relative local laws and tax regulations of Singapore.
- Familiar with IFRS and Singapore GAAP.
- Exposure to China accounting principles preferred.
- Proficiently use Microsoft office and familiar with SAP.
- CPA or equivalent certifications preferred.
- Strong communications and coordination skills.
- Fluent English and Chinese.
- Occasional business travels to China.
