Job Title: Cloud Infrastructure Engineer

We are seeking a skilled professional to support and enhance our cloud infrastructure.

This role requires hands-on experience with Palo Alto firewalls, VPN configuration, AWS networking services, and ITIL processes.

You will be responsible for ensuring secure, reliable network connectivity across hybrid cloud environments.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Network Management: Manage and maintain Palo Alto Firewalls and GlobalProtect VPN.
  • AWS Configuration: Configure and monitor AWS networking components including VPCs, Security Groups, Route Tables, and Load Balancers.
  • Incident Response: Respond to network incidents and service requests in line with ITIL best practices.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with infrastructure, security, and cloud teams to ensure secure connectivity.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate configuration, process, and change documentation.

Requirements:

  • AWS Experience: Proven experience with AWS networking (VPC, NAT Gateway, Security Groups, Load Balancers, Route Tables).
  • Palo Alto Experience: Hands-on experience with Palo Alto firewalls and VPN (GlobalProtect preferred).
  • ITIL Knowledge: Basic knowledge of ITIL processes (Incident, Change, Problem Management).
  • Certifications: Certifications in AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, or Networking (e.g., CCNA, PCNSE) are advantageous.
