Civil and Structural Engineer Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Civil and Structural Engineer to join our team at TRADESMEN PTE LTD. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for designing and developing civil and structural engineering projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform civil/structural engineering design works, including analysis and modeling of structural components.
  • Collaborate with architects and other stakeholders to ensure design and safety of structures.
  • Prepare detailed drawings, specifications, and computer models of structures.
  • Liaise with clients, consultants, and authorities to manage project timelines and budgets.
  • Conduct on-site technical and administrative tasks, including project planning and implementation.
  • Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Senior Engineer.
Requirements:
  • Minimum degree in Civil/Structural Engineering from a recognized institution.
  • At least 1 year of relevant experience in civil and structural engineering design and development.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to liaise with all levels of people.
  • Relevant experience in design of buildings, civil, and infrastructure works.
  • Proficiency in engineering software, including AUTOCAD and Civil and Structural Engineering software applications.
  • Knowledge of local laws, design codes, and submission requirements.
